Forms
To submit an internship proposal for the Science and Technology Internship program through Natural Resources Canada, potential partners must complete the attached forms for review and approval. NRCan requires the youth's resume and the Participant Information form for confirmation of eligibility as a candidate for the internship.
You may e-mail the signed forms to the NRCan Program Coordinator to speed up the process but, you must print and send the forms by mail.
