Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement provides strategic guidance, analysis and overall coordination for ESS international initiatives. This includes the development and implementation of risk management/performance measurement frameworks for international activities. In particular, it is responsible for the:

• coordination and analysis of the Sectors’ international activity (including the  annual International Activity Plan);
• development of international frameworks/strategies and policies; and  International Development Strategy; and
• monitoring and evaluation of international activities.
