This amendment delays the application of minimum energy performance standards for general service incandescent lamps (light bulbs) by two years. The standards for 100 and 75 watt light bulbs applies to products manufactured on or after January 1, 2014 and for 60 and 40 watt light bulbs manufactured on or after December 31, 2014.
