MONTREAL — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver a keynote address at the International Economic Forum of the Americas: 18th Conférence de Montréal. The Minister will be speaking at a plenary session on Sustainable Economic Recovery and Energy: A Precarious Balance. He will also outline Canada’s potential for economic growth through increasing its energy production by drawing on unconventional energy sources and diversifying its markets for natural resources.
