Minister Oliver to Address Mining Stakeholders at Signature Event 2012

TORONTO — On Tuesday, January 31, the Honourable Joe Oliver, Minister of Natural Resources, will address senior representatives from the mining industry, academia and government at the Canada Mining Innovation Council’s Signature Event 2012. The event will focus on innovation in the Canadian mining industry to assure the industry’s future economic, environmental and safety performance.

Minister Oliver will be available to take questions from media following his address.
