Minister Oliver to Discuss Energy Regulation and Canadian Leadership in Geomatics
QUÉBEC CITY — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Minister of Natural Resources, will give the welcoming address at the 5th World Forum on Energy Regulation in Québec City. The Minister will discuss the importance of responsible resource development and the Government’s commitment to diversifying export markets and strengthening trading partnerships.
Following this event, Minister Oliver will be the plenary speaker at the Global Geospatial Conference. The Minister will announce funding for key geomatics projects and discuss Canada’s leadership role in the geomatics field and the importance geomatics plays in responsible resource development.
