List of NDT personnel currently certified by NRCan (PDF, 1.72 mb)
The Standard CAN/CGSB 48.9712-2006 has three levels of certification in the Industrial Radiography (RT), Ultrasonics (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT) and Eddy Current (ET) inspection methods. The placement of an "X" identifies the NDT method, sector and level of certification that an individual holds.
For the RT method, the legend is:
EC = Engineering, Materials and Components Sector
AS = Aerospace Sector
A= Light Alloy Castings and Forgings
B= Welds and Weldments
C= Heavy Metal Castings and Forgings
Note: Certification in the three sectors (A, B, and C) is equivalent of certification in the Engineering, Materials and Components Sector.
For the UT, MT, PT and ET methods, all certifications are in the Engineering, Materials and Components Sector.
