The Minerals and Metals Sector (MMS) works internationally to advance Canada’s minerals and metals interests. MMS works closely with other federal government departments and agencies, provincial governments, industry and Canadians in the development of policy approaches in response to a range of international issues related to the sustainable development of Canada’s minerals and metals.
