Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency offers four one-day workshops to help organizations cut energy costs and reduce greenhouse gases. The Dollars to $ense Energy Management Workshops provide hands-on training to people involved in identifying, planning, monitoring or financing energy efficiency projects for industrial, commercial and institutional facilities.
The Spot the Energy Savings Opportunities Workshop shows you how to find fast and easy savings opportunities in existing systems such as lighting, motors, pumps, fans, boilers, heating, cooling and compressed air.
When you attend the Energy Management Planning Workshop you learn how to bring effective energy management into every aspect of your organization.
The Energy Monitoring Workshop shows you how to measure and analyze your organization’s energy consumption both before, and after, efficiency improvements. Consistent energy monitoring controls energy consumption and demonstrates the success of energy management plans, projects and investments.
If you need to build a finance-based business case for your project the Energy Efficiency Financing Workshop shows you how to identify the energy and non-energy benefits for your organization and build a convincing business case.
These interactive workshops include classroom instruction, demonstrations, group activities and software tools to take back to your organization. Each of these workshops can also be customized to your organization’s specific needs and then presented at your location.
