Pre-publication in the Canada Gazette, Part I

Amendment 16 was pre-published on December 8, 2018 in the Canada Gazette, Part I, and updates existing energy efficiency standards for 9 product categories to align with requirements in force or soon to be in force in the U.S.

Notice of Intent (March 4, 2017)

A Notice of Intent was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on March 4, 2017 indicating Natural Resources Canada’s intent to proceed with the development of Amendment 15. This original proposal was split into two amendments, renumbered to Amendment 15 and Amendment 16.
