Introducing two new ENERGY STAR® Scores

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is excited to announce two new ENERGY STAR scores for Museums and Libraries in Canada as part of the February 2024 update of the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking tool. A 1‑100 ENERGY STAR score provides an “at-a-glance” reference that can help you assess how efficiently your building uses energy relative to similar buildings.

These new scores are a part of our ongoing effort to ensure the most up-to-date energy performance data comparability. They will provide meaningful comparability of the energy performance of your building to similar, and current, national building stock.
