Registration and publication of Regulations amending Canada’s Energy Efficiency Regulations

Amendment 12B to the Energy Efficiency Regulations was registered and came into force on December 31, 2013. Publishing followed on January 15, 2014.

The amendment revises Canada’s minimum energy performance standards for general service incandescent lamps (light bulbs); the standards are aligned with the United States.
