The Call for Expressions of Interest under the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Demonstration Component of EIP is now closed following the submission deadline of 23:59 EDT, February 8, 2018.
Successful applicants submitted project proposals in the spring of 2018.
Notifications were sent in July 2018 to those applicants who will now move onto the due diligence phase.
Starting on April 1, 2018, the Government of Canada has allocated $30 million over four years to support demonstrations of next-generation and innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects, and your EOIs will allow for the submission of additional project concepts in this fast-evolving sector.
NRCan reserves the right to alter the currently envisaged process, funding amounts, and deadlines, or to cancel the entire application process at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to registered applicants via e-mail.
Program Funding Limits
The Program’s repayable contribution is expected to be in the range of $1 million to $5 million per project, subject to change.
