LÉVIS, QUEBEC — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will tour the Ultramar Jean-Gaulin refinery and discuss how Responsible Resource Development supports jobs and growth in Quebec. The natural resource sectors in Quebec support up to 11 percent of the province’s gross domestic product. Following the tour, the Minister will give brief remarks and be available to the media.
