TORONTO — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver the keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 2013 Convention and Tradeshow on March 4. A brief media availability will follow the opening ceremony.

That afternoon, Minister Oliver will be available for photo opportunities as he tours the PDAC exhibits floor.
