OTTAWA — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver a short statement in the foyer of the House of Commons regarding this morning’s announcement by the TransCanada Corporation (TransCanada) that sufficient market support exists to proceed to a binding open season to transport crude oil from Western Canada to Eastern Canadian markets.
