PARIS — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver remarks to the Canada–France Chamber of Commerce to promote Canada’s record on the environment and its commitment to Responsible Resource Development.

The Minister will highlight Canada's views on competitiveness and the importance of fair and transparent rules and regulations in the energy sector. Minister Oliver will be available briefly to answer questions from the media following his speech.

Please note, formal wear is required at the speech venue.
