SUDBURY, ONTARIO — The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will tour a former mine site on the Podolsky Property with top geosciences students taking part in the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s annual Student-Industry Mineral Exploration Workshop. Media are invited to take part in the tour.

Following the tour, the Minister will deliver remarks where he will highlight the Harper Government’s support of the mining sector. Minister Oliver will be available to media and take part in a photo opportunity following his remarks.

Note: Steel-toe boots or shoes are required to take part in the tour.
