Lidija Cicnjak-Chubbs

Ms. Cicnjak-Chubbs has 20 years of experience in environmental science, management and education in both the private and public sectors. She has served the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador as an Environmental Protection and Environmental Health Officer and was an Environmental Consultant on the Voisey’s Bay Environmental Impact Assessment. She is a former Town Councillor for Happy Valley–Goose Bay and previously chaired the Environmental Committee of Council. She is currently the Environment and Loss Control Manager for the Goose Bay location of Serco Facilities Management Inc., where she oversees hazardous waste management, including hazardous material spill response. Ms. Cicnjak-Chubbs holds a Master of Science in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.

Cynthia Hickman

Ms. Hickman has more than 10 years of experience working in senior management positions with a focus on finance within the health care industry. She has served as the Director of Budget for the Health Care Corporation of St. John’s and as the Director of Finance for St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. She is currently an instructor with the College of the North Atlantic, where she teaches accounting and business-related courses. Ms. Hickman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
