Service Standards Security Screening Approval
Service standards publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to encounter from the Explosives Regulatory Division under normal circumstances.
The following is our service standards for high-volume regulatory authorizations for security screening approval.
Service standard:
Decisions are made within 30 days of receipt of a complete application.
Performance target:
The target for achieving this standard is set at 95% under normal circumstances.
