With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the NRCan NDTCB is working to ensure the health and safety of the public and our team members in accordance with all public safety guidelines. At this time, certification processing and services are likely to be disrupted, delayed, and/or postponed. Temporary accommodations and extensions relating to initial certifications and renewals/recertifications will be provided for select candidates. Awareness of and compliance with the COVID-19 and health and safety protocols at training organizations/examination centres: Prior to booking training courses or examinations, clients should verify that they have the most up-to-date information about any local or specific health and safety protocols/requirements in place at the applicable training organization and/or examination centre.
New Electronic Payment System
The NDTCB has introduced an important update to its program for all users. An electronic payment system has been introduced to provide flexibility when applying for certification. Pre-authorized payment included with an application will still be processed. If payment is needed to process your application, you will receive a specific email from the NRCan NDTCB providing you with the appropriate payment link to our secure online payment system.
