Jeremy holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Lausanne, Switzerland.
Currently, Jeremy is working as a housing team project officer in the Technology Assessment R&D Group. Jeremy has over 10 years of experience in assessing the performance of innovative heating, ventilation, air conditioning and renewable energy systems for Canadian homes.
Jeremy has undertaken several technology assessment projects at the Canadian Centre for Housing Technology (including assessments of zoned systems, combination space and water heating systems, cold climate air source heat pumps and solar assisted air source heat pumps, among others. Jeremy was the lead author of (NRCan's Solar Ready Guidelines) and was a contributing author of (NRCan's Zoning Decision Guide for Builders). Jeremy coordinated the PERD Sub Program on Mechanical and Renewable Energy Systems for 8 years and has managed several R&D projects with Canadian manufacturers.
